1. What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently deliver throughout Europe, including France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Nordic countries.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your delivery on our "Track My Order" page in the main menu.
4. Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Absolutely. You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Returns are free, and we’ll guide you through the process.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
No worries. Just reach out to us via the Contact page with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll quickly provide a solution: refund or replacement.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Stripe
7. Are your products guaranteed?
Yes. All of our products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, and some may include an additional manufacturer’s warranty (see product page for details).
8. How can I contact customer service?
Our team is available from Monday to Friday via email using our contact form. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 48 hours on weekends.
